Inside Villa Straw
The open plan lounge/kitchen area is spacious with comfortable seating, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and A/C. Windows are fitted with Curtains and Voile. A really cosy room and there is even a soba (already in place but stored away for summer) for winter living.
Kitchen is fully fitted with fitted oven/hob and extractor fan, washing machine (which is new) fridge freezer and additional small freezer. Modern fitted kitchen with light coloured wood effect cupboards and drawers, marble worksurfaces and tiled splash back. Kitchen is fully equipped as owners are selling fully furnished. There is a space in the kitchen area for a small table and chairs, if needed. Floors are laid with light travertine tiles and rugs.
There is a small bathroom with WC, handbasin, tiling is from floor to ceiling, walls are tiled with decorative border tiles, a great space for storage also.
2 Bedrooms – 1st Floor
Both rooms have double beds, fully furnished with wardrobes and chest of drawers, there is ample storage space in both rooms, each has a wall mounted small TV, and A/C. Windows are fitted with curtains and voile (one has the addition of black out curtains),
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower, WC and handbasins, tiling is from floor to ceiling with decorative border tiles.
The shared balcony, which has access from each room overlooks the pool and beautiful garden area and the surrounding mountains.
On the first floor landing there is an additional wardrobe for storage.
Attic Bedroom
This lovely bedroom with vaulted wooden ceilings, spacious with air-con, great for children or teenagers, has a double bed and one single bed, a really lovely space En-suite bathroom with wet room.
There is Wi-Fi in the villa and all rooms have air-conditioning units. Windows and doors have mosquito nets and all windows and balcony doors are fitted with wrought iron grilles.
Outside the Villa
The amazing extended balcony, which overlooks the pool, is a wonderful space. There is dining furniture on the veranda, a comfortable seating area and kosk, with low level cushioned seating. This is a great place to sit and watch the sun go down with a cool drink, or alternatively a super place for all your al-fresco dining. It really does have the wow factor. Floors are laid with wood effect tiles and there is even a ceiling fan and extra fans to keep you cool in summer.
To the rear of the villa there is an additional seated area, with a rotary washing line. The depot which is attached to the property is lockable and has ample space to store a motorbike, it’s a very large space and would fit all the garden furniture securely.
The large pool is clover shaped and is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area and steps leading in to the pool. The current owners have even put in place umbrellas in the floor around the pool, which can easily be removed. The gardens are well established with many fruit trees and border trees, so the gardens are private from the odd passer-by.
The current owners have really spared no expense in making this house a home, even though this villa is on a small complex it really does have the privacy, as each villa has its own private areas. Villa Straw really is a gem of a property in the centre of Dalyan.
