Garden/Pool Area
The gardens are completely walled and the established trees and plants give a great deal of privacy from the road outside.
Villa Bal is semi-detached but has its own wrought iron entrance gate and as the properties are set back to back each villa has its own pool and privacy, so you do not overlook each other and has the feel of a detached villa.
The entrance to the front door has ramp access and separate steps. The sweeping balcony has a large wooden table and seating for up to 10 people.
Gardens are mainly laid to lawn with many established border trees, giving much privacy to passers by. The pool is 40sqm with graduated steps leading in, and a new children’s pool for 2019, so great for children and non-swimmers, and there is ample space for sunbathing around the pool
A wonderful seated covered terrace area from the kitchen which is great to escape the sun and a comfortable space to sit and watch the sun go down, also a great for all your al-fresco dining. On the terrace there is a stone built bbq and outdoor sink area, so you can prepare all your food outside.
